No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final.

Love Link provides instant access to digital content (customized proposal links). Once a purchase is made and the link is generated, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to a refund for this digital service.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund only in the following case:

**Technical Failure:** If a technical error on our end prevented the generation or access of your proposal link, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

To request a review for a technical failure, please contact us at support@lovelink.app with your transaction ID and a description of the issue.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with evidence of your agreement to these terms and the delivery of the digital service.
