Love Link provides a platform for creating customized digital Valentine's Day proposals. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
You agree not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the Services or the general business of Love Link.
You are responsible for the content you create (names, messages). We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, harmful, or illegal.
Services are available for purchase. Prices are listed in INR. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
In no event shall Love Link, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
